Sam Douglas
Research Analyst
Sam joined Mara River Capital in the fall of 2020. Prior to that, he served as a finance director at
EnLink Midstream, LLC, where he coordinated company-wide forecasting & budgeting, led the company’s
counterparty credit risk function and facilitated corporate financings and M&A transactions,
including
the evaluation of impacts to corporate structure, liquidity and shareholder value.
He initially joined EnLink as a financial reporting associate in 2013 from KPMG, LLP, where he began
his
career as an audit associate in 2010. Sam is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of
Science
in Accounting and a B.A. in Spanish from Southern Methodist University.
